ZEWZ ARRIVAL COMPUTERS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by ZEWZ ARRIVAL COMPUTERS, located in Ghana. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. Scope of Services

We provide the following services:

  • Laptop and desktop repairs
  • Hardware replacements and upgrades
  • Software installations and troubleshooting
  • Virus removal and data recovery
  • Routine maintenance and IT support

2. Service Process

  • Clients must provide accurate information about the device and issue.
  • Devices submitted for repair are subject to diagnostic checks before work begins.
  • ZEWZ ARRIVAL COMPUTERS will provide an estimated cost and time of completion after diagnosis.
  • No work will begin without the client’s approval of the estimated quote.

3. Payment Terms

  • Diagnostic fees may apply whether or not the customer proceeds with repair.
  • A minimum deposit (typically 50%) may be required for parts or large repairs.
  • Full payment is due upon job completion and before the device is returned.
  • We accept cash, mobile money, or other locally approved payment methods.

4. Repair Warranty

  • Repairs and replacement parts may come with a limited warranty (usually 7–30 days), depending on the nature of the job and the parts used.
  • The warranty does not cover new damage, misuse, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must collect their devices within 30 days after completion.
  • ZEWZ ARRIVAL COMPUTERS is not responsible for uncollected devices after this period.
  • Back up your data before submitting a device. We are not liable for data loss unless a data recovery service is explicitly requested.

6. Liability Limitation

  • While we take utmost care, ZEWZ ARRIVAL COMPUTERS is not responsible for pre-existing issues, third-party interference, or damage due to software bugs after service delivery.
  • We are not liable for business losses resulting from downtime or delays.

7. Parts and Third-Party Products

  • We may use original, refurbished, or high-quality third-party components depending on availability and client preference.
  • Clients will be informed in advance and must approve any third-party parts used.

8. Device Abandonment

  • Any device left unclaimed after 60 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be used to recover costs or disposed of responsibly.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate Ghanaian regulatory or consumer protection authority.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of material changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
